Service Levels

How do I receive status updates regarding process serving services and court services and how long does it take for them to become available?

Every time that one of our professional process servers performs a service of process or court service, we will notify you via email.  This is true for both attempts as well as completion of legal service of process and court service. At that point you should log into your account by way of our website, enter your user ID/password and then you will be able to view updates on your service of process and/or court services.  These are posted as soon as services are performed.

I prefer to have my questions relating to my process service or court services answered by speaking with one of your staff members.  Is this possible?

Certainly.  Our professional and helpful staff members are available on a full-time basis to answer all of your process service and court service questions as we realize customer service is a key component in any business, especially one related to legal process service.

How many times will your process servers attempt to serve before posting?  How much do you charge to have your process server make extra attempts?

Three attempts will be made by the process server for no extra charge.  At that time, unless otherwise instructed, we will contact our client prior to proceeding with further process serving services.

How soon will I receive requested affidavits?

As a general rule, legal process service affidavits will be available to clients to print out within 24 hours post-process server service being completed.  Shortly after that point in time, we will mail out the original process server affidavit or overnight them if so instructed.

Can I access process server services and court services invoices online?

Yes.  As soon as legal process service has been made, invoices will become available online.
