Process service pricing varies depending on two things. Where we are serving and how soon you need it completed. Pricing for non-rushes start at $65.00 and go up depending on your criteria.
+ Do you require prepayment?
If you are with a law firm, only the first time you use our services, we send an invoice along with the affidavit of service. If you are serving papers on your own, yes. You can send the prepayment with the papers or use PayPal by clicking on the link on or web site.
+ How do I receive status updates & how before available?
Every time that one of our professional process servers performs a service of process or court service, we will notify you via email. This is true for both attempts as well as completion of legal service of process and court service. At that point you should log into your account by way of our website, enter your user ID/password and then you will be able to view updates on your service of process and/or court services. These are posted as soon as services are performed.
