Our growth plan, which is implemented through a three phase strategy, is governed by five basic objectives:

Phase I

Phase I of this program was the momentous decision to expand out of our profitable but narrow market niche, to access markets for substantial growth and to build alliances nationally and internationally. Keeping in mind that the most innovative models alter the structure of their industry and push the entire industry to change its ways. Businesses can't be afraid to forge new processes around them.

We will strive to be different because we believe our market value depends on it. That's why we expend so much effort on intangibles-to make us distinctive.

 

Phase II

Phase II is the creation of a SuperCenter. This is key to Integrating Assets, Accessing Markets, Enhancing Service and Controlling Costs. A critical development of our strategic growth plan was

to establish a tracking system for our clients as well as ourselves utilizing various technologies as one.

 

These include but are not limited to: telephone, wireless devices, GPS, Internet, intranet and hardware
and software innovations.

 

Rather than experiment with bold designs, we will rely heavily on function over form. Beyond using the Internet as another sales channel, we see it as a way to extend our core mission so clients could access services both past and present. We see our customers as co-developers and we want to develop tools that they ask for, not develop services and then see if they need them.

 

Phase III

Phase III is more Growth and Expansion: Enhanced Infrastructure and Services, More Strategic Alliances, Marketing and Distribution Innovations.  Above all, Phase III is a new beginning that embodies an evolution of the vision that has guided ServerLinks.com since we initiated our on-going growth and expansion mission: what are the real markets for us, what services do these markets need and how can we best use ServerLinks.com enhance recourses to provide these services? We must be more efficient than our peers. ServerLinks.com must be flexible enough to anticipate and respond quickly.
